TEMPT.VIP Returns & Refund Policy
At TEMPT.VIP, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. While we do not offer refunds, we understand that there may be instances where you experience issues with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, you have the option to request a replacement. Please follow the steps below to initiate the replacement process:
- Contact TEMPT.VIP Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the product.
- Provide Details and Photographs: When contacting us, please provide all pertinent details about the issue and attach clear photographs of the problematic product. This will assist us in assessing the eligibility of your replacement request.
- Return or Disposal: In certain situations, we may request you to either return the product or dispose of it as per our guidance. Please comply with these instructions as provided by our Customer Service team. Please note that TEMPT.VIP cannot accept liability for the use or disposal of a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product.
- Replacement Decision: TEMPT.VIP Condoms retains the right to make the final decision regarding the issuance of a replacement for the product. Our decision to provide a replacement is based on our evaluation of the circumstances.
- Sole Liability: It is important to understand that the replacement of the product represents the sole liability TEMPT.VIP has in relation to such a product.
Please be aware that this policy does not extend to any damage that may occur to the product during transit from our warehouse to your delivery address.
